Mothers of Preschoolers Unite
The Darien chapter of Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), an international support network of women who have children from infancy to kindergarten, invites area women to join them every other Wednesday, from 9:15 AM to 11:30AM, starting October 4th at St Paul’s Church, 471 Mansfield Avenue in Darien. MOPS is a dynamic program designed to nurture mothers as they establish relationships together in small groups while their children are pampered in a caring atmosphere.
Mothers share and interact with mentors and moms who teach meaningful ways to fulfill the varied roles of wife, mother, and woman. After each session, participants break into discussion groups and are then encouraged to join in a creative activity or craft.
