Growing up...
Friday was always pizza night in my household. I remember vividly how my sisters and I used to crowd around the windows on our tip-toes, just waiting for Dad to pull into the driveway with the pizza box on the car seat, and then scream a big "YEAH!" when he walked through the door. It was a big treat that we looked forward all week (especially if we had to suffer through a meatloaf dinner the few nights before).
If Friday night is pizza night in your household, maybe you would like to check out the Chowhound reviews that some pizzerias are getting in our area. It looks like Darien's Post Corner Pizza has received some pretty rave reviews! Being fairly new in town, I haven't had a chance to order up a slice, yet. Perhaps tonight I'll give it a go - it is Friday, after all!
