New software at Town Hall saves time

Darien Planning and Zoning Director Jeremy Ginsberg giving a demonstration of the newly installed CityView system in the IT Training Room in Town Hall this morning.

Assessor Tony Homicki, Building Department Administrative Secretary Lisa Mason, and various members of the Information Technology Committee, Board of Finance and Representative Town Meeting viewed numerous features of this new software system.

This system is saving staff time and is assisting the Assessor in improving assessments on building projects. The Town went "live" with CityView on May 19, and expects to proceed with Phase II of this multi-department implementation later this year.
